I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night and it was an absolute delight. The spacious room offered a stunning view of Plaza de Santa Ana and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The modern rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities, including two complimentary cans of water and coffee. The fully stocked mini-bar was a convenient option, although not free. The room had a large desk and chair, as well as a comfortable lounge chair. The shower was equipped with horizontal jets, providing a refreshing and thorough wash. The hotel's location was ideal, with an array of local dining options and easy access to the city center and tourist attractions. The staff, especially David, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing assistance with parking. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy delicious cocktails made by the talented female bartender. my stay was excellent and I look forward to returning for a longer visit next time.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the front desks and restaurant. The dinner was phenomenal and one of the best meals we had in Madrid. The location was great, with plenty of restaurant and cafe options nearby. The room, though small, had a spacious bathroom.

Upgraded to an amazing suite with multiple levels, huge terrace, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was like a glamorous high-end apartment. The hotel staff were really good - friendly, attentive, and were really nice too make our stay enjoyable and lovely. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The restaurants in the hotel served delicious food, and the service was great.

The noise from the rooftop bar on the 7th floor was quite loud and went on until 2 AM. It was a bit disruptive for those staying on lower floors. We checked in early and were given a smaller room than we had expected.

I was blown away by this venue. It was located right in the middle of everything, but not loud at all. The service was top notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving me a welcome drink and providing me with everything I needed. The room was soundproofed, making it very peaceful, and it had all the amenities I could ever want. The spa and wellness centre was amazing, and it had a sun terrace and a jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city.
